Multiplatform Automated Evaluation System with Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) and Local Algorithmic Validation (Developed in Python).
I am a clinician-scientist and developer who integrates translational research, clinical epidemiology, and software engineering. Currently serving as Head of the Department of Dentistry, my work is driven by a solid trajectory in chronobiology and systemic health.
I specialise in fusing biomedical rigour with data science and Linux-based infrastructures. This allows me to move beyond traditional research to actively build and deploy digital tools that modernise academic workflows and hospital administration.
Leadership in translational and epidemiological research. Design of clinical trials, observational studies, and systematic reviews (Cochrane certified).
Solid experience in chronobiology, metabolic physiology, and fetal programming studies.
Advanced proficiency in cell culture and experimental surgery techniques (in vivo models in humans and rodents).
Multiplatform Automated Evaluation System with Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) and Local Algorithmic Validation (Developed in Python).
MVP for the comprehensive management of the clinical sterilization center, autonomously deployed on local headless Linux infrastructure.
